Who may buy in Connecticut

You must be 18 or older and able to contract under U.S. law. The catalog is adult men’s shirts, trousers, and jackets. We do not sell to children. Placing an order on alexstyle.shop is an offer to buy; we accept when the credit card captures.

The rack and the credit card

Prices are in USD. Checkout is by credit card. We pack after authorization. Photos show the piece; screens shift color. The sizes on the product page are the sizes we have. We may cancel a non-U.S. address, a failed payment, or an obvious listing error, and refund the original credit card.

We ship only to the United States. A foreign address is cancelled and refunded. Standard U.S. shipping is free ($0.00) with no minimum, as stated on the Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss after the scan

Title and risk of loss pass at the first carrier scan. Free U.S. shipping and the 30-day RMA window are in the Shipping and Return policies, which are part of this contract.

Connecticut law and venue

These terms follow the laws of the State of Massachusetts, except where federal law applies. Venue is Massachusetts unless a statute requires another forum. If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Liability we disclaim

To the extent the law allows, ALEX NIZO ETTENNE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow that limit. Our total liability for a piece is the amount you paid for that piece, except where the law forbids a cap (including a proven manufacturing defect we failed to remedy).

Photos and scraping

Product photos and original text on alexstyle.shop are for selling the listed garment. They are not a license to republish the catalog, scrape prices, or probe the payment iframe. We may cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraud.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms by changing the date at the top of the page. The version in force when you paid applies to that order.
